At Sama, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality A2 Desi Cow Ghee, seasoned nuts, and jaggery powder, all packed with care in glass jars. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below:
Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at +91 73047 07285 with your order details and a valid reason for the cancellation. Once confirmed, we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund within 7 to 12 business days.
- After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. However, you may refer to our refund policy for assistance in case of issues with the product.
Refund Policy
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. Refunds are only provided if the product is damaged or broken upon receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of your purchase.
Items not marked as non-returnable on the product detail page are eligible for return within the applicable return window if they fulfill one or more of the following conditions:
- Were in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery.
- Have one or more parts or accessories missing.
- Do not match with what was ordered.
Broken or Damaged Products
If you receive a broken or damaged product, please notify us immediately. We request that you provide clear images or videos of the damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery. After we evaluate the situation, we will inform you of the next steps, which may include a replacement.
Spoiled or Compromised Products
If your product arrives spoiled or damaged in a way that compromises quality, please provide clear images showing the condition of the product. We will assess the situation and notify you of the outcome, which could include a replacement.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Customized or bulk orders, such as gift hampers, are non-cancellable once they have entered processing.
Refund Process
After we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 12 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Note that it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
Sale Items
You can get a refund for items on sale, provided they are in good condition with tags intact.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again or contact the bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
